Privacy Policy

AiAgent is a product of Strow (strow.app). We provide AI-powered customer service automation via WhatsApp for businesses in the UAE and the wider GCC region. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to Strow / AiAgent.ae.

We collect and process the following data on behalf of our business customers:

• Name — provided by the end customer during conversation
• Phone number — the WhatsApp number used to contact the business
• WhatsApp messages — conversation content used to power automated customer service replies
• Business account data — name, email, and configuration of businesses using our platform

We do not collect payment card details, government IDs, or sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.

Data is used solely to:

• Deliver automated customer service responses on behalf of the business
• Maintain conversation history for continuity within a session
• Improve the quality and accuracy of AI responses
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared only with:

• Supabase — our database provider (data stored on EU-region servers)
• Anthropic — message content is processed by Claude AI to generate replies
• Meta (WhatsApp) — messages are delivered via the WhatsApp Business API
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law

All data is stored on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the EU. We apply AES-256 encryption for sensitive credentials, enforce row-level security in our database, and use HTTPS for all data in transit. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Conversation data is retained for up to 12 months from the last interaction, after which it is permanently deleted. Business account data is retained for the duration of the account and deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request.

We are committed to compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability

Our platform uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
