Terms of Service

By accessing or using AiAgent.ae (the "Service"), operated by Strow (strow.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AiAgent provides AI-powered customer service automation via WhatsApp for businesses. The Service enables businesses to deploy conversational AI agents that handle customer inquiries, take orders, book appointments, and manage communications automatically through the WhatsApp Business API.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with:

• WhatsApp Business Policy
• WhatsApp Commerce Policy
• All applicable Meta / Facebook platform policies

You must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, misleading content, or any content that violates WhatsApp's policies. Violations may result in immediate suspension of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm any person through automated messages
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service without written permission
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
• Use the Service to process data you do not have the legal right to process

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at eid@strow.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime caused by third-party providers including Meta, Supabase, or cloud infrastructure.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Strow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

All technology, software, and content comprising the Service is owned by or licensed to Strow. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to deliver the Service.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases and your data will be deleted within 30 days upon request, subject to legal retention requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
